Unique, Grade 1, 100% Arabica coffee, Tim-Tim and Ateng varieties, from coffee plantations in the tropical rainforest of northern Sumatra, at altitudes of 900-2000 meters. The stable microclimate of the rainforest ensures the healthy growth of the coffee plants and the deep aroma and slightly liquorice flavor of Arabica coffee. The wet-hulled coffee is rich in earthy notes, giving it a strong and intense body with a slight acidity, enriched with fruity and nutty flavors.
